Once again we thank you for a job well done! We are very happy with the final product and the working relationship throughout the contract with yourself and Tom has turned a week that we weren't looking forward to at all into a relatively easy one (apart from the unavoidable mess). Patrick and his team were all thoroughly pleasant people to work with and also deserve thanks. They got on with what they had to do efficiently and with minimum disruption to our (and our neighbours) lives. Please pass on our thanks to them all.
